Chemical compound that replaces acetone. It is a butyl ester of lactic acid L(+) that is produced by fermentation. It is a clear, colorless liquid with low volatility, which has a characteristic odor and can be mixed with water and most organic solvents.
It is used to clean rollers, brushes, containers, machine lines and in general any stain of polyester resins, vinylester, epoxy, urethane-acrylic, etc.
