Cenusil M 385 FLEX Mould Making Silicone, Shore A 25

Cenusil M 385 FLEX is a pourable, condensation-curing, two-component silicone rubber that vulcanizes at room temperature. It is the flexible version of Cenusil M 385 FLEX.

Cenusil M 385 FLEX is recommended for flexible mould making applications.

Processing

CENUSIL M 385 is cured by adding Catalyst T 37 for long and intermediate pot-life and curing time, or Catalyst T 40 for fast curing. Comprehensive instructions are given in our leaflet "ELASTOSIL® - PROCESSING RTV-2 SILICONE RUBBERS". The pot life is the period of time at 23 °C / 50 % rel. humidity during which the catalyzed mix to attain a viscosity of 60,000 mPa.s and still be just pourable.
