Crystic Resin 446PALV is a pre-accelerated, thixotropic, spray viscosity orthophthalic polyester resin. This laminating resin has rapid wet-out, low exotherm and fast hardening characteristics making it ideal for rapid mould turnaround. It contains a colour change system and will change from blue to to light honey colour when the catalyst is added to the resin.
Crystic 446PALV is approved by the Lloyd’s register of shipping and is suitable for use in marine, transportation, building and construction and industrial applications.
Heat Deflection Temperature Under Load (1.80 MPa): 65 ºC.
Gel time of 17 min at 25 ºC with 2% of MEKP catalyst.
