Produced with two 150 gsm layers of unidirectional fabric, oriented at +45° and -45°. Suitable for manufacturing of composite parts and tools with epoxy, urethane-acrylate or vinyl ester resins by hand lay-up, infusion or RTM.
It is a multiaxial carbon reinforcement (Non Crimp Fabric or NCF) developed using the most advanced technology and tow spreading process for achieving flatter laminates with a better surface finish (aesthetics)
300 gsm +45o/-45 o 24K Biaxial Carbon is made using ZOLTEK™ PX35 carbon fibre yarns.
The carbon fibre spreading process enables the manufacture of lightweight plies combined using a tricot stitch.
