Plastic and metal spatulas offer different application formats. Specific laminate and prepreg applicators help consolidate in corners; they do not serve the same purpose as a spatula intended to spread filler.

Microfibre cloths and finishing wipes are used for cleaning and surface polishing. Select the cloth according to the finishing product and surface condition, avoiding transfer of residues from one operation to another.
