PPSU Foams

Rigid, closed-cell polymeric foam cores, recyclable and formulated from polyphenylsulfone (PPSU) chemistry. It has excellent properties of resistance to fire, smoke emission and toxicity (FST), for indoor applications in the aerospace sector, exceeding the requirements of the flammability regulations FAR 25.853 and the HL3 R1 standard, applicable in the railway sector. Its excellently low dielectric constant and transmission properties make this foam an ideal material for use in antenna and radome systems.
