Peel Plies

Complete range of peel plies : from 64 to 139 gr/m2, dyed, white or undyed with stripes, polyamide or polyester, bands or full Width.

Peel plies are used to impart a textured surface to the moulded component to improve adhesion in secondary bonding or painting.

All our peel plies are treated in order to remove all pollutant products (like silicones for example) which could be find on the laminate.

The porosity of our peel plies is under control in order to guarantee the repetitiveness of the infusion process.

PA64 is designed to be used on epoxy and polyester composite systems. This high tenacity fabric leaves afine surface impression for painting and secondary bonding. There is no release agent or silicon in the fabric: PA64 is made of synthetic polyamide fiber that offers a peel ply surface free from contamination: PA64 is scoured and heat setting.
