Products in this family are described as manufactured by pultrusion and pullwinding. Fibre distribution is part of the construction and should be checked alongside the geometry.
These are ready-made tubes, not sleeves to impregnate with resin. Check the data sheet and design requirements before machining or joining components; a similar outside diameter does not mean the same load-bearing section.
For a tubular assembly component, compare outside diameter, internal opening and length. The selection includes pultruded/pullwound tubes and prepreg-made references; the latter are still finished tubes, not material awaiting cure. Round and D-shaped sections have different geometries.
