Tubular Vacuum Bag 465B 165 ºC-70 microns (SPOT)

High-strength, high-elongation vacuum bag, ideal for use with medium-temperature epoxy prepregs and for the production of large components such as marine and wind energy structures, especially in combination with prepreg systems and infusion processes.

This is a bag produced for the manufacture of large wind turbine blades and, being tubular, it is cut to match the blade shape. Therefore, out of the 60 linear meters, only 22-23 m have widths of 2000 mm and 3000 mm. The remainder has a smaller width, as it is manufactured to conform to the geometry of the tip and root sections of the wind turbine blade mould.
