Polymat FR 450/G500/450 Glass Fabric for RTM Injection and Infusion

Polymat FR 450/G500/450 is a high permeability glass fabric for the production of composite parts by infusion or RTM (injection). 

A three-dimensional glass mat  composed of a knitted glasscore sandwiched between two layers of CSM. This product is specifically designed for the closed moulding process using techniques such as RTM & VIP for the production of fire resistant FRP composite parts.

Polymat FR 450/G500/450 is produced with two layers of 450 g/m2 Glass Chopped Strand Mat (CSM) and a 500 g/m2 knitted glasscore that improves and accelerates the flow of the resin through the fabric in closed mould applications.

Suitable for polyester, vinyl ester or urethane-acrylate thermosetting resins.
