300 g/m2 biaxial carbon fabric for high performance applications where high strength and low weight are required. Produced with two 150 g/m2 layers of unidirectional fabric, oriented at +45° and -45°. Thanks to its Toray general purpose sizing (nº 5) it is a suitable carbon fabric for the manufacturing of composite parts and tools with epoxy, urethane-acrylate, phenolic, polyester or vinyl ester resins by hand lay-up, vacuum infusion or RTM (Resin Transfer Moulding).
Yarn Type: Toray T700SC 50C 12K (12000 filaments per strand of yarn).
