FR308 is a flame retardant Poly(furfuryl alcohol) (PFA) resin system designed to cure from 120°C for the production of composite parts.
Typical applications: Flame retardant –Aerospace/Rail

FR308 and PS200 resin systems cure via a condensation reaction that generates water as a by-product. These resin systems also contain a small fraction of water as solvent. Therefore, it is recommended to use a filtering system such as the Filter Pack described in this guide when the material is cured under vacuum, in an autoclave or in an oven.
