SphereCel PrintBlock is a non-woven core material which is used as a print-through protection media in closed molding applications.
Manufactured by embedding thermoplastic microspheres into fibreglass fibres and microperforated. During the impregnation phase, the micro-perforations will close up, resulting in uniform layer, which absobs reinforcement pattern that would otherwise print to the surface of finished parts.
