200 g/m2 2x2 Twill 3K Carbon Fabric Stabilised with Polyamide fixation, 127 cm width

Carbon fabric for high performance applications where high strength and low weight are required. Especially recommended for cosmetic applications.

Type of yarn: GRAFIL TR30S.3K ( 3000 filaments per strand of yarn).

Compatible with all type of thermosetting resins such us polyester, urethane-acrylate, vinyl ester and epoxy. Suitable for hand lay-up, infusion or RTM (Inyection).

Woven with TR30S 3K fiber, this fabric provides unparalleled handling characteristics. It is backed on one side by a very thin layer of polyamide fixation, which keeps the carbon fibre from unravelling during cutting, handling, and loading the mould. This fabric is ideal for modern composite components in aerospace, marine, sporting goods, and racing industries.
The twill weave offers greater conformability and presents a beautiful herringbone texture. This carbon fibre fabric is compatible with all the resin systems on our website, including epoxy, polyester, urethane-acrylate (Crestapol) and vinyl ester.
