Core material made of polyester tissue voluminised with thermoplastic microballoons. Easy to drape to curved surfaces is compatible with most of the thermosetting resins: polyester, vinyl ester, urethane-acrylate and epoxy. Similar to Coremat and U-Pica Mat.

Suitable for the production of lightweigth sandwich laminates.
Sphere.cores are ideal for hand lay-up and vacuum bagged laminates. It can also be used in infusion proccess but a trial is always recommended.
