Divinycell H80 10 GS30 is a 80 kg/m3 density PVC foam ideal for applications subject to fatigue, slamming or impact loads. Contour Scrim – provides optimum flexibility in two directions. Sheets are knife-cut in squares and bonded to a glass scrim.

Divinycell H is compatible with virtually all commonly used resin, adhesives and manufacturing systems.

PVC Foam Divinycell H80 10 GS30 is a Grid-Scored material that contains a cut pattern on one side of the core – both lengthwise and crosswise – creating small blocks. The blocks are held together by a lightweight fiberglass scrim, creating a very flexible core sheet in two directions.
Many composite applications have a complex shape, and grid-scored material is commonly used to make the core material conform easily to the mould.
