Rigid closed-cell PVC foam Divinycell H100 with a density of 100 kg/m³. Offers high stiffness, mechanical strength, and excellent structural behavior under impact and fatigue.
Finish GSC (Grid Scored with Scrim): grid cuts on one side of the sheet allow it to conform to curved surfaces. A fiberglass scrim holds the foam blocks together.
Finish GRC (Grooved): longitudinal and/or transverse grooves that improve resin flow during vacuum infusion or closed molding.
Compatible with epoxy, vinylester, polyester resins, and structural adhesives. Suitable for infusion, hand lay-up, closed molding, and vacuum-assisted processes.
