150 g/m2 HS Biaxial Carbon Fabric C-PLY™ SP BX150 X2 12K HS, 125 cm width (SPOT)

150 g/m2 C-PLY™ SP BX150 X2 12K HS biaxial carbon fabric is a spread-tow carbon NCF +45º/-45º, 75 gsm/ply. Made usiing 12K HS (High Strength) carbon fibre.

C-PLY™ SP is manufactured using a process to deposit and spread the carbon fibres, and assembled using a rhomboid stitch. The unique stitching yarn is designed to remain visible afgter resin impregnation to capture resin colour pigment and contribute to additional reinforcement in the Z axis. Suitable for high performance applications where high strength and low weight are required.

Roll width: 125 cm.

SPOT reinforcements are fibres that come from overproduction of some of the highest quality materials or that may present small quality defects, which do not significantly affect the manufacture of the composite. Among the small defects in these fabrics we can mention these: a missing fibre yarn or a small crease in the fabric. They are always small imperfections or even negligible. The lower price more than compensates for the minor defects that may be present in these fibres/fabrics.
