Introduction

Alutex MTP305 V-202T is a glass prepreg manufactured with a high transparency modified epoxy resin. It is suitable for aesthetic carbon composite parts where high cosmetical requirements are needed. The epoxy resin MTCV305 can be used with carbon or metallic mould with the standard technologies: Hot Press, Wrapping, Autoclave and Vacuum Bag.

Resin properties

Curing Cycles Suggested

2 hours at 110 ºC for a final Tg (TanDelta DMA, ºC) of 120-125 ºC

1 hour at 125 ºC for a final Tg (TanDelta DMA, ºC) of 120-125 ºC

Type of glass fabric: 200 g/m2 2x2 Twill 

Epoxy Resin Key Features & Benefits
