Leak indicator

DESCRIPTION

The leak indicator allows for instant detection of high and low-level leaks in a vacuum bag. Air flow through the leak indicator makes the sphere inside the methacrylate body oscillate, visualizing a fixed indication of the airflow that can be read against the scale. This allows for easy quantification of the magnitude of the leak.

Scale range of 0.4 to 4.0 Nl / min.

Graduations of 0.2 Nl / min.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Connect the female quick-connect of the leak indicator to the male quick-connect installed on the mold.

Allow the ring of the female quick-connect to fully retract to ensure a tight connection.

Connect the vacuum source to the male port of the leak indicator and suction.

Any airflow will be indicated as the internal sphere floats and the reading is registered on the scale.

Check for leaks in the vacuum bag until there is no apparent airflow.

To disconnect it, fold back the ring of the female valve and the two valves will automatically separate.
