C-WEAVE 416T 6K 50B is a 416 gsm high strength carbon fabric for high performance applications where high strength and low weight are required. Ideal for producing composite parts or tools by hand lay-up, infusion or RTM.

Warp: 5.2+ 0.1 ends/cm. Type of carbon: FT300B 6K 50B

Weft: 5.2+ 0.1 ends/cm. Type of carbon: FT300B 6K 50B

Yarn type: 6K (6000 filaments per strand of yarn).

Sizing type: General purpose. It can be used with epoxy, phenolic, polyester, vinyl ester and urethane-acrylate resins.

Roll Width: 150 cm.

SPOT reinforcements are fibres that come from overproduction of some of the highest quality materials or that may present small quality defects, which do not significantly affect the manufacture of the composite. Among the small defects in these fabrics we can mention these: a missing fibre yarn or a small crease in the fabric. They are always small imperfections or even negligible. The lower price more than compensates for the minor defects that may be present in these fibres/fabrics.
